Shot kneeling, rifle on a sandbagged post. Decided to run it on a timer to see how long it currently takes me to get into position, find the target, and take a shot.
The sun had just poked over the trees, and made things really, really hard to see in the shadows where the target was.
It ended up taking me 35.37 seconds to locate and shoot the target, while finding the most stable position.
And the shot went way high.
Not quite sure what happened. Everything felt really good when the shot finally broke, but it’s way, way high.
12 more cold bore shots to go.
